## 2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。

## 4 入札者に求められる義務
入札に参加を希望する者は、現地調査に参加の上、入札説明書に明記されている下見積書等を令和8年6月17日10時00分から令和8年7月17日17時00分までに「電子調達システム」により提出しなければならない。ただし、「電子調達システム」によりがたい場合には、上記3(1)に示す場所に期限までに提出しなければならない。提出された下見積書等を審査の結果、当該調達を実施できると認められた者に限り入札の対象とする。なお、提出した下見積書等について説明を求められたときは、これに応じなければならない。
