### 3 入札書の提出場所等

入札説明会に参加を希望する者は、令和８年６月４日（木）12時00分までに上記3(2)の場所にFAXまたはchotatsu@smrj.go.jpへの電子メール（入札件名、会社名及び出席者明記のうえ（形式自由））により申請すること。参加者は各社1名程度とする。なお、参加にあたり名刺1枚を持参のこと。

② Including recommissioned company, not come under the category of anti-social forces defined by Article 2 of the Regulations for Corresponding to Anti-Social Forces by Organization for Small&Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN (Regulation 22, Item 37).
③ Have Grade A or B in terms of a unified qualification for all ministries and government offices for FY 2025, 2026 and 2027, "Provision of service: Surveys and research", "Provision of service: Information literacy", "Provision of service: Development of software"
