(1) 入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この競争に参加
を希望する者は、封印した入札書のほかに必
要な証明書等を入札書の受領期限までに提出
しなければならない。また、開札日の前日ま
での間において必要な証明書等の内容に関す
る照会があった場合には、説明しなければな
らない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札、入札に関する条件に違
反した入札は無効とする。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要。
(6) 落札者の決定方法 入札参加者から提出さ
れた企画提案書の評価を行い、企画提案に係
る技術点と入札価格に係る価格点の合計によ
る総合点が最も高い点数の者であって、その
者の入札価格が予定価格の範囲内である場合
に、落札決定とする。

(3) have Grade A or B “sale” in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders specified by Single qualification for every ministry and agency (in fiscal year 2025-2027)
(4) meet the qualification requirements which may be specified the Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity
