(1) 入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この競争に参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書のほかに必要な証明書等を入札書の受領期限までに提出しなければならない。また、開札日の前日までの間において必要な証明書等の内容に関する照会があった場合には、説明しなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者のした入札、入札に関する条件に違反した入札は無効とする。

③ have Grade A or B “Service” in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders specified by Single qualification for every ministry and agency (in fiscal year 2025–2027)
④ meet the qualification requirements which may be specified the Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity
