B have the Grade A, Grade B, or Grade C qualification in sales of product or manufacture of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet the qualification requirements which Director General, KEK may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation Concerning the Contract for KEK,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Director General, KEK.
