手を貼付した角形2号(A4判)の封筒を同
封して上記(1)の場所に送付すること。
(3) 入札説明書の交付期間 この公告の日から
令和8年6月18日まで。

5 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争へ
の参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に示す資
格・実績証明書を作成し、提出期限までに提
出すること。提出された資格・実績証明書を
支出負担行為担当官が審査した結果、この公
告に示した作業を履行することができると認
められた者に限り、入札に参加することがで
きるものとする。
なお、提出した資格・実績証明書について
説明を求められたときは、これに応じなけれ
ばならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に
違反したした入札は、無効とする。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要
(6) 落札者の決定方法 この公告に示した作業
を履行することができると支出負担行為担当
官が判断した入札者であって、予算決算及び
会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予
定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有
効な入札を行ったものを落札者とする。

6 Summary

(3) Nature and quantity of the services to be
required: Computerization of the closed
land registry book 1 set.
(4) Delivery period: The passage of specifi-
cation.
(5) Delivery place: The place will be specifi-
ed later.
(6) Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall: ①Not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause. ②
Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and
Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C “offer
of service” in the Kanto and Koshinetsu
area in terms of the qualification for par-
ticipating in tenders laid down by Ministry
of Justice (Single qualification for every mi-
nistry and agency) for the purpose of pro-
curement in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026 and
2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligation Officer may specify in
accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet
Order.
