5 Summary

② have Grade A, B, C or D of “Manufacture of goods” or “sale of goods” in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Japanese government (unified qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026, and 2027.
③ not be suspended from tenders by any Japanese government agencies.
④ not be entities that have been being excluded from the public projects of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism based on the requests of the police authorities because the entities are substantially under the control of members of organized crime or the entities are related to those members.
⑤ have officially received the solicitation documents from the President, National Traffic Safety and Environment Laboratory, National Agency for Automobile and Land Transport Technology.
