A not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology. Furthermore, minors, person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause;
B not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning contract for National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology;
C have the Grade A, B or C in “Service Offer” for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region;
D meet the qualification requirements which the obligating officer such as President determines in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation
