② have Grade A or B of “service (ship-mechanic)” in the Kinki district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
③ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procurement system https://www.nyusatsu.geps.go.jp/OMP/Accepter/
