(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札の無効 本公告に示した入札参加資格
を持たない者の行った入札、及び入札に関す
る条件に違反した入札は無効とする。また、
落札者が落札決定から契約締結までの期間に
競争入札参加停止措置を受けた場合は、本入
札に関する一切を無効とする。
