(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
① A system equipped with bedside monitors compatible with operating rooms and critical care units, centrally managed via central monitors installed in each department's nurse station
② The bedside monitor can measure ECG, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, invasive and non-invasive blood pressure, body temperature, and can display waveforms and numerical values
③ The bedside monitor can calculate the Early Warning Score and allows customizable recommended responses based on the score
④ The bedside monitor can import setting values and measured values from external devices such as anesthesia machines and ventilators and display them on both the bedside and central monitor, and transfer them to the electronic medical record
⑤ The QRS detection threshold and respiration detection threshold can be manually adjusted
⑥ SpO2 measurement should be possible at two locations simultaneously using the Nellcor algorithm. The numerical values and waveforms should be displayed on the bedside monitor screen
⑦ The ability to view near-real-time waveforms, numerical values, and review screens from the central monitor via the web using the electronic medical record client PC
