④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau from time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening

⑦ not have applied individually its members, if applying as a business cooperative
⑧ not be the person that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑨ be the person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly
