入札説明書は、調達ポータルサイトからダ
ウンロードして入手すること。

なお、提出された申請書等は、福島地
方環境事務所において入札説明書に定め
る評価基準に基づき審査するものとす
る。

場所 電子調達システムにより提出するこ
と。ただし、契約担当官等に申し出た場
合は、3(1)宛て提出期限必着で、紙によ
り持参、郵送（書留郵便に限る）又は託
送（書留郵便と同等のものに限る。）にて
提出すること。

4 その他
(1) 入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金 免除。ただし、入札保証保険
証券を入札時までに3(1)に示す担当部局ま
で、持参、郵送及び託送により提出すること。
この場合の保証金額は、入札金額（入札価格
に消費税及び地方消費税相当額を加えたもの
をいう。）の100分の5以上とする。
(3) 契約保証金 工事請負契約書（案）による。
この場合の保証金額は、請負代金額の10分の
3以上とする。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者が行った入札、申請書、資料に虚偽
の記載をした者の行った入札、その他入札の
条件に違反した入札は無効とする。
