(3) 入札者に要求される事項 入札に参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に明記されている申請書において、証明する書類（以下「申請書等」という。）を令和8年5月29日16時までに上記3(1)の場所に提出しなければならない。提出された申請書等を審査の結果、当該業務を履行できると認められた者に限り入札の対象とする。なお、提出した申請書等について説明を求められたときはこれに応じなければならない。
① 過去相当期間内において、当該業務と同等の規模・内容の仕様書作成の履行実績を有している者。
② 東京地下鉄㈱が仕様書等において示す全ての要件を満たすことができる者。
③ 東京地下鉄㈱が定めた期日までに上記①～②の内容を満たすことを証明できる書類を提出することができ、かつ、会社が当該内容に関して説明を求めたときに、直ちにそれに応じられる者。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求められる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札書は無効とする。

(6) 落札者の決定方法 本公告に示した役務について、(3)の書類を提出し、競争参加資格を認められた入札者であって、予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低の価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。

④ not have their company financial condition been deemed remarkably unsound.
⑤ not belong to a crime syndicate or have relations with anyone who does.
⑥ have not had suppliers' qualification suspended, according to the company's supplier qualification regulations, between May 29, 2026 and the period of the tender.
⑦ not be defaulting on national or local taxes.
