(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① A person who is not subject to the provisions of Articles 70 and 71 of the Budget, Settlement and Accounting Order.
② Applicants must possess a valid Unified Qualification for FY2025, 2026, and 2027 (All-Ministry Uniform Qualification) in the category of “Provision of Services, etc”, with a grading of B or higher, and be registered in the “Tokai/Hokuriku” region.
③ The Person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the Ministry of Defense.
