4 応募要件
(1) 「競争参加資格審査等事務取扱要領」(平成
15年10月1日付け15農畜機第152号-4)第
6条及び第7条に該当しない者であること。
(2) 入札時において、令和7・8・9年度全省
庁統一資格における役務の提供等のうち「情
報処理」に登録されている者であって、「C」
以上に格付けされている者であること。又は
令和7・8・9年度独立行政法人農畜産業振
興機構競争参加資格における役務等のうち
「情報処理」に登録されている者であること。
(3) 各省庁及び独立行政法人農畜産業振興機構
から指名停止を受けていない者であること。
(4) 公募説明書の交付を直接受けた者であるこ
と。
(5) 上記以外の要件は、公募説明書による。
