(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。

(4) 入札者に要求される事項 入札に参加しようとする者は、入札説明書に示す仕様書等に基づき提案書等を作成し、2(2)(5)の提出期限までに提出しなければならない。提案書は当機構において審査し、採用し得ると判断した提案書を提出した者のみ入札に参加できる。なお、提案書について説明を求められた場合は、これに応じなければならない。

(8) 落札者の決定方法 落札者の決定方法は、総合評価落札方式をもって行う。本公告に示した業務を履行できると分任契約担当者が判断した入札者であって、当機構が作成した予定価格の制限の範囲内で、入札説明書で指定する必須とした項目の最低限の要求要件を全て満たしている提案をした入札者の中から、入札説明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を決定する。

(2) not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. (3) have the Grade A, B or C qualified for participating in tenders for the “sales of product” by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026 and 2027. (4) not be currently under suspension of nomination by JST
(7) Obligations of tenders: (1) The tenders must prepare written proposals based on the specifications shown in the letter of explanations and submit by 12:00 PM 8 June, 2026 (2) The tenders must respond to the relevant questions made by the officer
in charge of contracts; and (3) JST shall conduct inspections of the said proposals. (4) Please be noted that if it is indicated that environmental conditions relating to the procurement are laid down in its tender documents.
