(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件本システムは、本研究所と外部を接続する国立情報学研究所(NII)が運用する学術情報ネットワークSINET6への接続を行うSINET接続ルータとそこを通る通信に対して高度な安全性を確保するための統合脅威管理装置により構成される。学術データ収集公開基盤システム(RIHN-DAS)の稼働による外部との通信増加に伴い、SINET接続ルータによって通信環境の改良とネットワーク基盤を強化するものであり、統合脅威管理装置は近年の情報関連セキュリティインシデントに対応するための高度なセキュリティ機能を実現するものである。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。
