(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に高度
管理医療機器等販売業許可証を有することを
証明する書類を添付して入札書の受領期限ま
でに提出しなければならない。入札者は、開
札日の前日までの間において、経理責任者か
ら当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、
それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。

(6) 落札者の決定方法 契約細則第21条の規定
に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲
内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入
札者を落札者とする。

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause;
② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO;
③ have Grade A, B, C or D in “Sales of products” for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region;
④ Must be a person who has a selling business license such as advanced management medical equipment etc.
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligation Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation;
