(1) 契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨とする。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 入札に参加する
者は、入札説明書で定める所要の証明書等を
提出し、本契約の履行が可能であることを証
明すること。入札者は、開札日の前日までの
間において、調達部長及び調達部長から指名
された者から当該書類に関し説明を求められ
た場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した入札参加に必
要な条件のない者の入札及び入札の条件に違
反した入札等。詳細は入札説明書による。

(6) 落札者の決定方法 上記4(3)に記載する書
類等の審査の結果、認められた者で、当機構
が定める予定価格の範囲内の最低価格で入札
を行ったものを落札者とする。
