次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

2 競争参加資格
(1) 全国健康保険協会会計細則第30条及び第31
条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(2) 令和7・8・9年度厚生労働省競争参加資
格(全省庁統一参加資格)[役務の提供等]の
A又はBの等級に格付けされ、関東・甲信越
地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
なお、当該競争参加資格については、令和8
年3月31日付け号外政府調達第58号の官報の
競争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げ
る申請受付窓口において随時受け付けてい
る。
(3) 当該案件を確実に履行できると認められる
者であること。
(4) 資格審査申請書又は添付書類に虚偽の事実
を記載していないと認められる者であるこ
と。
(5) 経営の状況又は信用度が極度に悪化してい
ないと認められる者であること。
(6) 損害賠償請求を全国健康保険協会から受け
ていない者であること。
(7) 全国健康保険協会から業務等に関し競争参
加資格停止措置を受けている期間中でないこ
と。
(8) 厚生年金保険・全国健康保険協会管掌健康
保険又は船員保険の適用を受けている者に
あっては、直近1年間について保険料に未納
がない者、健康保険組合等の適用を受けてい
る者にあっては、直近1年間について厚生年
金保険料に未納がない者であること。また、
厚生年金保険の適用を受けない場合は、事業
主が直近1年間について国民年金の未加入及
び国民年金保険料の未納がない者であるこ
と。
(9) 全国拠点を対象に、毎月端末に対し定期点
検を実施した実績を有する者であること。
(10) 全国拠点を対象に、オンサイトまたはリ
モートでの保守を実施した実績を有する者で
あること。
(11) その他入札説明書等に記載する競争参加資
格を満たす者であること。
