A 本システムは、本学の教育・研究・運営のための基幹ネットワークシステムである。本システムでは、現在の基幹ネットワークを更新し、利便性と可用性及び安全性に配慮されたネットワーク基盤を構築する。本システムは、有線ネットワーク、内線電話中継システム等で構成される。
B 有線ネットワークは、常三島地区、蔵本地区、新蔵地区の各地区内の基幹スイッチとデータセンターに設置される対外接続のためのFirewall等のセキュリティ装置、各建物に設置される棟スイッチ等から構成される。各基幹スイッチ装置にはL3機能集約やトラフィック監視機能、内部組織間を保護するFirewall機能を備えること。対外接続のためのFirewall装置には、高度なセキュリティ機能を備え、日々の脅威から学内のネットワークを保護するものであること。
C 内線電話中継システムは、各キャンパスにある既設PBX間を、基幹ネットワークを経由のうち内線電話を中継するシステムであり、十分な回線数と品質を備えること。
D 以上のシステムは、本学の既設ネットワーク間を相互に接続し、十分な機能を発揮すると共に、運用上必要なセキュリティ、管理の簡便性を備えること。
E 定期点検等を除き、年間を通じての終日運用が可能であり、これに対する保守体制が整備されていること。また、障害発生時等の場合には迅速かつ万全な対応が可能であること。

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A This system is an infrastructure network for education, research, and management in our university. We plan to replace it with more usable, available, and secure network system. It must consist of a wired network system, an inter-campus telephone switch system, etc.
B The wired network consists of core switches in the Jousanjima, Kuramoto, and Shinkura campuses, security devices such as firewalls for external connections installed in the data center, and building switches installed in each building. Each backbone switch device must be equipped with L3 function aggregation, traffic monitoring functions, and Firewall functions to protect internal organizations. Firewall devices for external connections must be equipped with advanced security functions to protect the campus network from daily threats.
C The inter-campus telephone switch system relays PBXs located in each campus by using the backbone network. Enough telephone channels of adequate quality are required.
D All above mentioned systems should be necessary to mutually connect the existing networks of our university, perform sufficient functions, and provide security and management utility which is easy to operate.
E The system must be capable of operation throughout the day except for regular maintenances. It can solve problems quickly when an incident emerges.
