4 その他
(1) 入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項
(a) 電子調達システムにより参加を希望する者は、上記3(4)に示す受領期限までに入札書類データ（証明書等）を上記3(1)に示す場所に提出しなければならない。
(b) 紙入札方式により参加を希望する者は、上記3(4)に示す受領期限までに必要な証明書等を上記3(2)に示す場所に提出しなければならない。
なお、(a)、(b)いずれの場合も、開札日の前日までの間において必要な証明書等の内容に関する支出負担行為担当官からの照会があった場合には、説明しなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 競争に参加する資格を有しない者の提出した入札及び入札の条件に違反した入札は無効とする。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要。本案件は、契約手続を電子調達システムで行う案件である。なお、電子調達システムにより難い場合は、紙契約方式承諾願を提出するものとする。
(6) 落札者の決定方法 予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。
(7) 手続における交渉の有無 無。

5 Summary

② have Grade A or B on “sale of product” in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/
⑤ not be the supplier that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ be the person who obtained the bid manual from the person of ordering directly
⑦ The person conform to the conditions stipulated in Article 15 of the specifications
