次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 本システムは、次に示すBからEの機能要素により構成され、手術室における映像記録・管理・参照業務を総合的に支援する機能を有すること。
B 本サブシステムは手術室内の各種医療機器(内視鏡、手術顕微鏡、術野カメラ、室内カメラ等)からの映像信号を取得し、高精細かつ長時間の記録を安定して行う機能を有すること。
C 本サブシステムは、取得した手術映像を安全かつ効率的に保存・管理するためのストレージ機能及びデータ管理機能を有すること。
D 本サブシステムは、手術映像を迅速かつ高精細に再生・閲覧するための機能を有し、術後検討、教育、医療安全管理等に利用可能であること。
E 本サブシステムは、手術映像記録システム全体の安定運用を支援するための装置管理、ユーザー管理、ログ管理等の機能を有すること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和8年4月20日14時00分
(2) 開催場所 島根大学医学部本部棟4階第二会議室
(3) 留意事項 説明会への参加を希望する供給者は上記2(2)へ事前に連絡すること。
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system must be composed of the functional components shown in sections B to E below and must provide comprehensive support for recording, managing, and reviewing surgical video data within operating rooms.
B The subsystem must acquire video signals from various OR devices (endoscopes, surgical microscopes, field cameras, room cameras, etc.) and provide stable, high-resolution and long-duration recording.
C The subsystem must provide secure and efficient storage and management capabilities for recorded surgical videos.
D The subsystem must enable high-quality, rapid playback of surgical videos for postoperative review, education, and patient safety purposes.
E The subsystem must include device management, user administration, and log management functions to support stable system operation.
