1 調達内容

2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令（以下「予決令」という。）第70条及び第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、第70条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 令和7・8・9年度経済産業省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）「役務の提供等」の「A」、「B」、「C」又は「D」の等級に格付けされている者であること。
(3) 経済産業省からの補助金交付等停止措置又は指名停止措置が講じられている者ではないこと。
(4) 過去3年以内に情報管理の不備を理由に経済産業省との契約を解除されている者ではないこと。
(5) 入札に参加を希望する者は、本調達の仕様を理解するため、各種資料等を閲覧しなければならない。

4 電子調達システムの利用

(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 全額免除。
(3) 入札の無効 入札心得第11条に該当する入札は無効とする。

Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② Have Grade 「A」, 「B」, 「C」or「D」in「provision of services」in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ;
③ Are not the subject of (a)an order prohibiting them from receiving subsidies from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI); (b)an order prohibiting them from concluding contracts with METI; or (c)an order disqualifying them from bidding for METI projects conducted under the “designated bidder” system.
