次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

1 調達内容

2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 総務省競争参加資格審査(全省庁統一資格)において「物品の製造」又は「物品の販売」のA又はB等級に登録され、関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
(4) 暴力団が実質的に経営を支配する者又はこれに準ずる者でないこと。

4 入札者に求められる義務 入札に参加を希望
する者は、入札説明書に明記されている下見積書等を令和8年5月15日10時から令和8年6月1日17時までに「電子調達システム」により提出しなければならない。ただし、「電子調達システム」によりがたい場合には、上記3(1)に示す場所に期限までに提出しなければならない。提出された下見積書等を審査の結果、当該物品を納入できると認められた者に限り入札の対象者とする。なお、提出した下見積書等について説明を求められたときは、これに応じなければならない。
