2 競争参加資格
(1) 造幣局契約事務規程第4条及び第5条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(2) 令和7・8・9年度財務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）又は、令和7・8・9年度独立行政法人造幣局競争参加資格において業種区分が「物品の製造」又は「役務の提供等」で「A」、「B」又は「C」に格付けされている者であること。
(3) 各省各庁から指名停止等を受けていない者であること。
(4) 造幣局と締結した契約に関し、契約に違反し、契約の相手方として不適当であると認められる者でないこと。

(2) 入札説明書の交付方法 随時交付する。
(3) 入札説明会の日時及び場所 令和8年5月29日17時00分まで、上記3(1)の場所で随時行う。
(4) 入札書の受領期限 令和8年6月2日17時00分。ただし、入札書を持参する場合は開札の日時までとする。

(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に違反した入札。
(4) 契約書作成の要否 要。
(5) 落札者の決定方法 造幣局契約事務規程第7条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。

③ have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency.
④ are not being recognized as an unsuitable one to make a contract with, due to the violation of the contract with Japan Mint including its branches in the past.
