次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(2) 購入等件名及び数量 2026年度 ネットワークレイヤテストベッドシステム保守作業一式

2 競争参加資格
(1) 情報通信研究機構契約事務細則第3条及び第4条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(2) 令和7・8・9年度の国の競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）又は情報通信研究機構による競争参加資格を有すると認められた者であること。
(3) 情報通信研究機構、総務省又は他府省等から指名停止を受けている期間中でないこと。
ただし、総務省又は他府省等における処分期間については、当機構の処分期間を超過した期間は含めない。
(4) 電子入札システムによる場合は、電子認証（ICカード）を取得していること。
