2) The applicant must not be a person subject to suspension of transactions based on the Hanshin Expressway Company's Guidelines for Handling Suspension of Transactions (Hanshin Expressway Detailed Regulations No.1, 2023)
3) have submitted following papers with an application form for tender
(a) a copy of certificate of registered matters
(b) a paper of business career
(c) financial statements
(d) a copy of tax payment certificate
4) not be stopped participating in Hanshin Expressway Company Limited's tenders
5) not be subjected to the provisions for exclusion from tender participation under the crime syndicate exclusion bylaw of the Hanshin Expressway Company Limited and to the requirements specified in the appendix of the aforementioned bylaw between the date of the deadline for an application form including its related documents and the time of the tender opening.
6) have submitted shipping certificate from manufacturer
As shown in the tender documentation.
