次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

f 図書館情報システム
g その他周辺機器類
B 既存の情報環境システムに透過的に接続することが可能であること。
C 停電対策がなされていること。
D システムの運用・管理に関して、省力化・省エネルギー化が図られていること。
E システムの障害時には即時的に対応でき、安定した運用が可能なこと。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和8年1月21日から令和8年2月24日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和8年1月23日16時00分
(2) 開催場所 JAIST国際セミナーハウス第1・2会議室(又はオンライン開催)(オンライン開催の詳細は導入説明書交付時に別途案内する。)
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary

A The information environment system consists of the following subsystems.
a Workstations for daily work.
b High performance and large capacity file server.
c High-speed campus network system.
d Central service system.
e Private cloud system.
f Library information system.
g Other peripheral devices.
B The system must connect with our existing information environment.
C The system must be tolerant of power failure.
D Operation and management of the system must be considered in energy and labor saving.
E Troubles with the system must be resolved immediately enough for stable operation.
