qualifications for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
② not come under Article 5 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
③ not come under Article 6 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES.
④ are not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the bid manual.
⑥ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the electric bidding system.
