(1) 契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 提案書を上記3(5)の提出期限までに提出した上で、封印した入札書を上記3(6)の受領期限までに提出しなければならず、当該書類に関し、開札日の前日までの間において、契約担当役から説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した入札参加に必要な資格のない者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反した入札。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要。
(6) 落札者の決定方法 本公告に示した役務を履行出来ると契約担当役が判断した者であって、独立行政法人労働者健康安全機構会計細則第42条に基づき作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で、契約担当役が入札関係書類で指定する性能、機能及び技術(以下「性能等」という。)のうち、必須とした項目の最低限の要求要件を全て満たしている性能等を提案した入札者の中から、契約担当役が入札関係書類で定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を定める。

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have Grade A or B or C in “offer of service etc.” in the business areas of “research and studies,” “information processing,” and “software development,” for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency),
④ Participate in tender briefings and read the documents during the public notice period to fully understand the procurement
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligation Officer may specify,
