(6) 入札方法 入札は、第1グループから第7
グループまでグループごとに入札に付する。
落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載され
た金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する
額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端
数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てる
ものとする。)をもって落札価格とするので、
入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税
事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わ
ず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当
する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格

又は「D」等級に格付けされ、北海道地域の
競争参加資格を有する者、又は、当該競争参
加資格を有していない者で、入札書の受領期
限までに競争参加資格審査を受け、競争参加
資格者名簿に登載された者であること。
