fication for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto-Koushinetsu area related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
