(7)国土交通省競争参加資格の認定を受けてい
ない者の参加上記2(3)に掲げる国土交通省
競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)の認定を受
けていない者も、上記3(3)及び(4)により入札
書及び証明書等を提出することができるが、
競争に参加するためには、開札の時において、
当該資格の認定を受け、かつ競争参加資格の
確認を受けていなければならない。

争参加者の資格に関する公示(令和7年3月
31日付官報)に記載されている時期及び場所
で申請を受け付ける。
