(3) Nature and quantity of the products to be manufactured or delivered: Electricity to use in the building Akashi Kaikyo National Government Park Office Jurisdiction Electricity contract 205kW Estimated electricity in delivery period 777,660kWh
(4) Delivery period: From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2027
(5) Delivery place: as in the tender documentation.
(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
have Grade A, B or C on “sale of product” in Kinki Area, in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024 in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency).
③ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act.
④ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO₂ and environmental impact.
⑤ The renewable energy power source allocation plan must meet the renewable energy ratio specified in the specifications.
⑥ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kinki Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Tender Opening.
⑦ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification).
The person who obtained the tender manual from official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity directly.
⑨ not be the person that a gangster influence management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
