(3) 調達件名の仕様等 入札説明書及び仕様書による。

(5) 履行場所 支出負担行為担当官が別途指定する場所
(6) 入札方法 入札金額は総価で行う。なお、
落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。）をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
(7) 電子調達システムの利用 本案件は、電子
調達システムで行う。なお、電子調達システムによりたい者は、支出負担行為担当官に書面により申し出た場合に限り紙入札方式によることができる。

(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ③Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract ④Have Grade “A”, “B”, or “C” on “Manufacture of product.” in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ⑤Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑥Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⑦Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
