資料提供招請に関する公表
次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A ログイン時には、本学に現有するシングルサインオン(SAML)認証に対応できること。
B 現行システムから、業務の移行及びデータ移行が可能であること。
C 大規模組織での複数の導入実績があること。
D 仮想環境での構築が可能であり、且つ、稼働及び保守の実績があること。また、ハードウェアの更新等による仮想環境の変化に対応できること。
E 「国立大学法人会計基準」及び「国立大学法人会計基準注解」に対応した会計処理が可能であること。
F データベースのバックアップが自動的にとれること。
G データベースサーバ及びWebサービスを構成するソフトウェアは、1年365日、1日24時間連続して運転できること。但し、システムのメンテナンス作業時は除く。
H 特殊なプラグインを使用せず、ブラウザのみで利用できる発生源システムを有すること。
I 障害が発生したときは、速やかに原因を解明でき、迅速に修復できるシステム構成と人の体制が用意されていること。
J 保有する各種マスタ管理について、ユーザ側で遅延なく、柔軟にマスタ変更等の管理ができること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公告に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年6月26日から令和6年7月29日
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公告に基づく導入説明会を開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和6年7月8日14時00分
(2) 開催場所 神戸大学本部管理棟分室第一会議室
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公告内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured: 14

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A It should be based on authentication by the single sign-on (SAML) authentication currently used by our university during login.
B It should be able to migrate business processes and data from the current system.
C It should have been adopted by more than one large-scale organization.
D It should be able to be established on a virtualized server and have been operated and maintained on virtualized servers in other organizations. The computer system should be able to respond to changes in the virtual environment due to hardware upgrades, etc.
E It should be in compliance with the accounting standards for national university corporations and the annotations for the accounting standards for national university corporations.
F The database should be backed up automatically.
G The database server and the software which runs website services should be able to operate for 24 hours a day and 365 days a year (Excludes during system maintenance work).
H Have a generation source system that can be used only with a browser without using special plugins.
I In case of trouble, there should be a maintenance system with enough staff members to investigate the causes and the computer system should be promptly recovered.
J The various masters should be managed by users without delay.
