(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 調達する本システムは、大学内における各部局・組織・共同利用情報システムからの通信を集約し、経路制御などを行うためのコアスイッチ（ルータ）をはじめ、各部局・拠点からの通信を行うためのスイッチ等ネットワーク機器、セキュリティシステム、全学無線LANシステム、ネットワークを管理するための各システム・サーバによって構成するものとする。
B 上記物理構成を持つネットワーク上に、グローバルアドレス用ネットワーク、教育研究用プライベートネットワーク、事務用ネットワーク、全学無線LAN用ネットワークを論理的に構成するものとする。
C 現在、本学ネットワークには常時15,000～25,000台の端末あるいはサーバ等が接続しているため、利用期間中の接続数増を考慮して、本システムは30,000台程度が接続しても十分な性能を持つこと。
D 本学は、光ファイバで接続された各キャンパス等やI-PVPNで接続された大学附属施設、特別支援学校が存在しているのでこれらのキャンパス間・附属施設間などの接続も考慮すること。
E 装置の小型化・省エネルギー化を考慮しつつ、各導入装置の管理運用面における効率化を考慮するとともに、各装置の利用可
能な期間（EOL：End of Lifeまでの期間）や各装置の利用期間における保守に必要な費用の削減が実現できる。原則的に、想定利用期間に、EOLとなることが想定される機器は提案しないこと。提案機器に無償修理保証等が設定されている場合は、無償修理期間および条件に関する情報も提供すること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A The system to be procured is intended to consolidate communication from various departments, organizations, and shared information systems within the university. It will be composed of core switches (routers) for route control, network devices such as switches for com-
munication from each department and base, security systems, a university-wide wireless LAN system, and various systems and servers for network management.
B On the network with the above physical configuration, it is intended to logically configure a network for global addresses, a private network for education and research, an administrative network, and a network for the university-wide wireless LAN.
C Currently, our university network is always connected to 15,000 to 25,000 terminals or servers. Therefore, considering the increase in the number of connections during the usage period, this system should have sufficient performance even when about 30,000 devices are connected.
D Our university is connected to each campus, etc. by optical fiber and to university-affiliated facilities and special support schools by IP-VPN. Therefore, connections between these campuses and facilities should also be considered.
E While considering the miniaturization and energy saving of the devices, we will also consider the efficiency in the management and operation of each introduced device. Each device should be able to reduce the cost required for maintenance during its usable period (EOL: period until the end of life). In principle, devices expected to reach EOL during the assumed usage period should not be proposed. If a free repair warranty is set for the proposed device, information on the free repair period and conditions should also be provided.
