required : Enhance of GNSS real-time ana-
lysis

vices" in Kanto Koushinetsu area in
terms of qualification for participating in
tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
ure, Transport and Tourism (Single qua-
lification for every ministry and agency)
in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
③ not be under suspension of nomination
by Director-General of Geospatial Infor-
mation Authority of Japan from Ti-
melimit for submission of certificate to
Bid Opening
④acquire the electric certificate in case
of using the Electronic Procurement sys-
tem

⑤not be the supplier that a gangster in-
fluences management substantially or the
person who has exclusion request from
Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Trans-
port and Tourism is continuing state con-

⑦ The person who conform to the condi-
tions stipulated in Article9of the specifi-
cations
