② have Grade A, B, C or D on "manufacture of product" in Kanto Koushinetsu area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
(Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan from Timelimit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system
