dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for

those who shall :

tional Institute of Maritime, Port and
Aviation Technology, Contract proce-
dere rules. Furthermore, minors, person
under conservatorship or person under
assistance that obtained the consent nec-
essary for concluding a contract may be
applicable under cases of special reasons.
② have Grade A, B, C in “sales of prod-
ucts” in the Kanto・Koushinetsu area, in
terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in tenders by Ministry of Land, Inf-
rastructure, Transport and Tourism
(Single qualification for every ministry
and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/
2026/2027;
③ not be under suspension of nomination
by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure,
Transport and Tourism ;
④ not be the business operators that a
gangster influences management substan-
tially or the person who has been request-
ed for exclusion from Ministry of Land,
Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism ;
⑤ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
