(4) 導入目的 本システムは、対面とオンラインの学習活動を効果的に組み合わせたブレンドデッド教育を実現可能とする情報教育基盤を整備することを導入の目的とするものである。
(5) 導入予定時期 令和9年10月以降
(6) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
導入を計画している大阪大学全学教育用電子計算機システムは、情報教育システム、言語教育システム、箕面教育システム、業務支援システムから構成されるシステムであり、その基本的要求要件は以下の通りである。
A. 情報教育システムは、コンピュータを用いた基本的な利用方法からプログラミングなどの高度な計算機利用技術にわたる一貫した情報教育カリキュラムに対応可能なシステムであること。学内及び学外から、仮想デスクトップ環境にアクセスして各種サービスを利用できること。
B. 言語教育システムは、高度な情報教育・言語教育に必要となる映像や音声等を含むマルチメディア情報の処理能力に優れた端末システムであること。ノート型端末を利用した授業の他に、タブレット端末を利用したアクティブラーニング型式の授業にも対応できること。
C. 箕面教育システムは、箕面新キャンパスにおいて授業や自習に利用できる多言語機能、CALL機能、マルチメディア機能等を備えること。
D. 業務支援システムは、情報教育、言語教育、そして箕面教育各システムを管理するために必要となる利用者管理、統計管理等の機能を備えること。利用者情報は、大阪大学全学IT認証基盤システムと連携すること。
E. 本システムの安定稼働を維持するための保守支援体制並びに運用管理機能を有すること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(6)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
The University of Osaka Computer System for Campus wide Information Education is made up of systems for information education, CALL, Minoh education, and business Support system.
A. The Information education system must be a system corresponding to a consistent information education curriculum that ranges from basic computer usage to advanced computer usage such as programming. Users must be able to use these services by accessing the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure from on-campus and off campus.
B. The Language Education System must have the ability to handle high volumes of multimedia data, such as audio and video used for IT and language education.
In addition to classes where laptop Computers are used, the system must correspond to active learning using tablets.
C. The Minoh Education system must provide multilingual, CALL and multimedia functions that can be used in classes and self-study.
D. The business support system must provide user management and statistics management functions required to manage information education, CALL, and Minoh education systems. User information must be linked with the Campus-wide IT Authentication platform service in The University of Osaka.
E. Maintenance support services and operation management functions to maintain stable operation of this system must be provided.
