A 教育・研究統合計算機システムは国立大学法人長岡技術科学大学における教育支援及び研究推進に統合的に利用される。
B このシステムは、主に科学技術計算、各種アプリケーションを実行する高速計算サーバ群、利用者端末400台程度に必要な計算機及びそれらに付随する機器を含むものであること。
C 汎用数値解析プログラムや教育・研究支援のための各種アプリケーションが充実しており、複数のユーザの同時利用に耐えられる性能を有するシステムであること。
D 大容量のネットワークファイルサーバ及びバックアップ装置を有すること。
E 利用者にかかる情報を一元的に管理する機能を有すること。
F 本システムを既存の学内ＬＡＮに接続し、ネットワークサービスを利用できること。
G システムの運用・管理について、省力化・省スペース化・省エネルギー化が図られていること。
H システムの障害を未然に防止するための十分な保守体制及び障害発生時の迅速なサポート体制が提供されていること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system is an integrated computer system to support for educational activities and to encourage research in Nagaoka University of Technology.
B The system consists of the following units; servers for performing numerical calculations and application programs fast and efficiently, sufficient number of computers (about four hundred units) for the client terminals, and devices required to operate the system.
C The system must have sufficient general purpose numerical analysis programs and applications necessary for educational and the academic research activities, and must have sufficient processing ability when they are simultaneously used by many users.
D The system must have network file servers and the data backup units.
E The system must have unified facilities to administrate users of all the computers in the system.
F The system must connect the current campus systems with all network services.
G For the system management and maintenance, the system configuration must be optimized with respect to labor saving, energy saving and space efficiency.
H The system supplier must provide instantaneous recovery supports for any system hazards in order to guarantee stable system service, and must perform regular maintenances to prevent any system troubles.
