(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、本公告3(3)に定めると
ころにより申請書等を作成のうえ提出し、競
争参加資格を有することについての確認を受
け、本公告3(4)①に定める期限までに入札書
を提出しなければならない。また、開札日の
前日までの間において、申請書等の内容に関
する契約責任者からの照会があった場合には
説明しなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者がした入札、入札に参加するために
必要な書類に虚偽の記載をした者の入札及び
入札に関する条件に違反した入札は無効とす
る。
(5) 落札者の決定方法 本公告に示した物品に
係る入札書を提出した入札者であって、契約
制限価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって
有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者となるべ
き者とする。

shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the admin-
istrative instruction of the Contractual
Rules of the West Nippon Expressway
Company Limited,
② submit a copy of a tax payment certifi-
cate published within the past three
months and formulated in either formats
of 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of
the Enforcement Regulations of the Na-
tional Tax Act,
③ have proven to have actually manufac-
tured or delivered the products concerned
or the products with performance similar
to that of the products concerned
④ have proven to have prepared a system
to provide rapid after-sale service and
maintenance for the products concerned

tion forms and relevant documents for the
qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 7 April 2026 (sub-
mitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 6 April 2026)
