次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 注射薬調剤業務が省力化・迅速化され、安全かつ正確に行われること。
B 本システムは、本院の医療情報システムと連動し、注射処方情報を取り込むことができること。
C 受信した注射薬処方データを基に、注射処方箋、輸液ラベルを出力できること。
D 1mlから20mlアンプル製剤、バイアル製剤、輸液製剤などの自動調剤が可能であること。
E 注射薬処方データを基にトレイ方式で1施用ごとに払出しできること。
F 処方箋に患者情報や注射薬の情報に加え投与歴などが印字できること。
G 輸液ラベルには患者や注射薬の情報、処方情報のバーコードなどが印字できること。
H 薬品管理及び情報管理を適正に行う機能を有すること。
I 24時間、365日の連続運転が可能な性能を有すること。
J システム障害時に迅速かつ適格に対応できる体制が整っていること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和8年3月16日から令和8年5月1日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和8年3月23日15時00分
(2) 開催場所 新潟大学医歯学総合病院西診療棟3階第3会議室
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A This system shoud allow safe, accurate labor-saving and time-saving preparation of injection medicine.
B This system should receive the injection prescription data from hospital information system.
C This system should possess the function to print out prescription for injection and infusion label based on prescription data.
D This system should work as automated dispensing machine of ampoules from 1ml to 20ml, vials and infusion bottles, etc.
E This system should dispense injection drugs by each single dose time with use of tray.
F Prescriptions should be printed out with not only patient information and injection information but also noteworthy information such as medication history.
G Infusion labels should be printed out with patient information, injection information and barcode for prescription information, etc.
H This system should have functions to maintain proper medicine storage and information management.
I This system requires a capability to operate continuously 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
J The maintenance office should provide quick and appropriate maintenance service when a trouble occurs in this system.
