2 競争参加資格
(1) 独立行政法人国立病院機構契約事務取扱細則（以下、契約細則という。）第5条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であっても、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ているものは、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 契約細則第6条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 厚生労働省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）「役務の提供等」のA、B又はCの等級に格付され、近畿地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。なお、当該競争参加資格については、令和7年3月31日付け号外政府調達第57号の官報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受け付けている。
(4) 契約細則第4条の規定に基づき、経理責任者が定める資格を有する者であること。
