④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑤ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly.
⑥ The person in charge of business management of this business must have any of the qualifications listed in the bidding manual and have practical experience
