A 麻酔ガスおよび医療ガスを供給するとともに、手術中の呼吸管理を行うシステムであること。
B 超音波振動により血管および神経を温存しつつ、組織の破砕・吸引が可能なシステムであること。
C 高さ、傾斜およびスライドの電動調整ならびに患者体位の調整および固定が可能な手術台であること。
D エキシマレーザーを用いた血管内治療およびリード管理に対応可能な構成を有するシステムであること。
E 集中的な制御が可能な補助循環装置であり、遠心ポンプ、冷温水層および電子制御式ガスブレンダを備えたシステムであること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system shall be capable of supplying anesthetic gases and medical gases and managing respiration during surgical procedures.
B The system shall enable tissue fragmentation and aspiration while preserving blood vessels and nerves by means of ultrasonic vibration.
C The operating table shall allow electrically powered adjustment of height, tilt, and longitudinal slide, as well as adjustment and fixation of patient positioning.
D The system shall be equipped with a configuration capable of supporting endovascular treatment and lead management using an excimer laser.
E The system shall be a centrally controllable circulatory assist device equipped with a centrifugal pump, a heating and cooling water tank, and an electronically controlled gas blender.
