① 多目的血管造影X線診断装置及び心臓血管系造影装置は、バイプレーンであること。
② 複数の診療科で使用できるようなシステムであること。
③ 多目的血管造影X線診断装置は、Cone-Beam CT 撮影、回転撮影機能を有すること。
④ リアルタイム3D再構成機能を有し、迅速かつ簡便にデバイスサイズの選択やアクセスルートの検討が可能であること。
⑤ 患者、術者の被ばくを低減するため、被ばく低減技術を有すること。
⑥ ステント描出を高めるアプリケーションなど最新のアプリケーションを搭載していること。
⑦ 画像ワークステーションを有し、カテーテル治療の手技をサポートできるシステムであること。
⑧ 統合モニタを有し、院内に配信可能なシステムであること。
⑨ 高度先進医療を提供する施設として、研究・開発に利用できること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和8年2月16日から令和8年4月3日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 開催しない。本件調達に関する問合せは個別に対応する。
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
① The interventional angiography system and the cardiovascular angiography system must feature a biplane configuration.
② The system shall be capable of supporting multiple clinical specialties.
③ The interventional angiography system shall be equipped with Cone-Beam CT imaging and rotational angiography capabilities.
④ The system shall feature real-time 3D reconstruction capabilities, allowing for rapid and easy device sizing and access route planning.
⑤ The system shall include comprehensive dose reduction technologies to ensure the safety of both the patient and the operator.
⑥ The system shall be equipped with the latest clinical applications, including stent enhancement software, to support precise device placement.
⑦ The system shall include a dedicated image workstation designed to support interventional procedures.
⑧ The system shall be equipped with an integrated monitor and be capable of distributing images within the hospital.
⑨ The system shall be designed for a facility providing highly advanced medical care, and therefore, shall be capable of supporting research and development activities in addition to routine clinical use.
